(Chungju = Yonhap News) The Chungju Labor-Management-Citizen-Government Council (chaired by Mayor Cho Gil-hyung) announced on the 3rd that it had selected three companies — Samji Chemical, Seorim, and Chungju Transit — as 'Great Workplaces of Chungju City' and presented certification plaques.
These companies received high marks in categories such as working environment, employee welfare, and employment stability.
Companies selected as great workplaces can participate in various programs run by Chungju City, and also receive benefits such as additional points in SME development-fund evaluations and priority recommendation as outstanding SMEs.
